My little guide with reminders I came up with to motivate exercising each day with some simple exercises.
aerobic conditioning
Stretches: Few mins
Walking warm up: 2-5mins
Jogging/DDR: 20-30mins ---------------(ATLEAST 3 times a week!!)
strength training
Weights: 8 to 12 repetitions /// for 3 sets
Legs drops: 12-15 Reps
